Vearl Williams, President Engineering Division, Senior Partner of Orion International

Vearl joined the Army in Texas in December of 1972, serving in Air Defense from PVT to Brigade level CSM, earning his college degree from the University of Central Texas in the process. In November 1995, Vearl retired after 23 years of service. He joined the Orion Team in October 1995 to start the Career Network Division as a Technical Field Recruiter. Career Network was the very first service to find careers in corporate America for enlisted leaders and technicians. Vearl moved up through the company working in the positions of Operations Manager, Regional Manager, Vice President of Technical Recruiting, and now running Orion’s Engineering Solutions division, which provides Engineer recruiting services to a variety of industries.

Vearl resides in Austin, Texas, with his wife Sun of over 30 years. They have two sons, Melvin and Raymond, both of whom are proudly serving in the U.S. Armed Forces as young officers.
