Dan Clevenger, originally from Arlington, Ohio, enlisted in the United States Marine Corps in 2001 as a Heavy Equipment Operator and served on active duty for four years. He was stationed at Camp Pendleton, California and deployed to the Middle East three times in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. As a Platoon Sergeant he directly managed as many as 25 personnel in combat and while stateside.
Upon separating from the service, Dan enrolled at Bowling Green State University where he graduated with his Bachelor’s degree in 2007. In 2006, he began his recruiting career at The RightThing, Inc. At RTI, Dan managed the full recruiting process for several Fortune 500 organizations. Since 2008, Dan has worked as an Executive Recruiter for Orion Engineering Solutions where he identifies key talent for employers in the central US. He is an active member of Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America and Veterans of Foreign Wars. Dan, his wife, Sarah, and daughter, Paige reside in Findlay, Ohio where they spend their free time enjoying the outdoors.
